Improve the Dashboard to provide recruiters (and potentially HM's) with a clearer requisition level view of active candidates in the pipeline/ requisition at a glance. For each requisition on the recruiters dashboard, it would appear as a "table style" dashboard with the requisition ID/ Position Title, Location and Business Unit/ Business (if entity set up) on the left and across the top of the table/ dashboard, have the different status and number of apps under that bucket/ status - with ability to click on the number at each step to only show those candidates - providing immediate visibility across all active vacancies. (JobAdder provides a similar pipeline-style dashboard which is particularly effective for recruiters managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
