Select list / radio button - new starter form

Allow users to configure to display the list as "select list / radio button / grey tiles"

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Consistency of user experience in filling up the new starter form is important, especially when they are filling up using their mobile phone.

The system currently ignores the configuration set at Manage Form on whether it is select list or drop down. The system shows the data using this rule:

  • If there are seven (7) or more options for the select list, the item display as a dropdown.

  • If there are four (4) to six (6) options, the select list will display as radio buttons.

  • If there are three (3) or less options, the select list will display as grey tiles that can be selected.
