Allow an existing person who has already approved it to revert it back to their own dashboard

Improve functionality of revert to prior approver Managers approving jobs in error - then dealing with Notes and trying to prevent it being actioned without the required changes HR staff supporting the approval path have to cancel existing path and restart it |
