Create a dedicated Support Status Dashboard within PageUp that serves as a central source of truth for system health, known issues, live incidents, beta issues, scheduled maintenance, workarounds, and resolved issues.
Currently, system issues are published on a static Knowledge Portal page, requiring users to manually check for updates. If users do not follow the page, they may not be aware of active incidents. Even when following the page, notifications are not always visible or timely, resulting in administrators often discovering issues only after contacting Support.
The proposed dashboard would include:
Current Known Issues (active incidents under investigation)
Live Issues (critical service disruptions or outages)
Beta Issues (issues impacting beta or pilot functionality)
Scheduled Maintenance
Resolved Issues (including resolution details and timelines)
Published Workarounds for impacted users
In addition, automated notifications should be triggered whenever:
A new issue is raised
Issue status changes
A workaround is published
An incident is resolved
Planned maintenance is announced
Notifications should be targeted to System Administrators, Super Users, and designated customer contacts rather than all users, ensuring the right stakeholders receive timely updates without creating unnecessary system-wide communication.
