Instead of sending interview invitation to candidate via setting up the "Calendar Integration Configuration", please consider to add merge fields, such as interview date/time and contact person, etc. to communication email template when changing the application status.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Due to several limitations, including restrictions on calendar event management, invitation acceptance/decline handling and email content customization, a customized communication email template with the above mentioned merge fields would be more flexible. |
