We would like to create a functionality for the inbound data feed from our HRIS (Banner) to feed incumbent information into a position description after that person is hired and processed in our HRIS.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Currently, HR users have to create a new version of a position description just to add the incumbent after the incumbent was hired on a job that was raised from the previous version of the position description. This is a paint point for our HR user populations and this automation would be a massive improvement to the data feed. |
