Create a team-driven visibility to Next Gen Position descriptions. Instead of manually assigning collaborators on next gen position descriptions, creating a team-driven visibility will allow users with access to the same team the ability to view position descriptions in that team. Ideally, the level of visibility can be set at the permission group so that this would not be a manual action.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Every single HR user is manually adding collaborators to the position descriptions they create. Each unit at the university handles things slightly differently, but creating a permission that will enable Position Description access by team will remove all of the manual work while allowing for each unit to continually set visibility manually for users not in the specified permission groups. |
