On the offer card, our HR Coordinators are correctly identified in the Onboarding field as the HR Delegate, while the Reports To Manager is a different individual. However, within the onboarding portal, the HR Coordinators (delegates) are displayed as the Manager on their dashboard, and these onboarding tasks appear to be assigned to them. In reality, these specific tasks are the responsibility of the hiring manager, not the HR Delegate, which creates confusion about ownership.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Could the logic in the Assigned To column be updated so that, from the HR Delegate's dashboard, tasks are displayed as assigned to the appropriate Manager rather than the HR Delegate? This would more accurately reflect task ownership and help prevent confusion about who is responsible for completing each onboarding task. |
