What business value are you trying to achieve?
It is not very intuitive on how to select an applicant and do your summary/outcome and ranking. You have to select the blank space - not really logical - to make the applicant blue so your panel review can be done The tick box is great for bulk compile and bulk move - need an equivalent for panel action |
