Create the ability to archive/unarchive offer letters in the system. If a change occurs, then archiving allows for this history to be maintained.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Archive/unarchive allows for more functionality rather than deleting something in the process as this is not really a good function. When an approver changes on the offer letter by archiving a document ensure the user does not pick the wrong letter. |
