Being able to update what skills the AI matching system should look for in a job requisition when scanning resumes. At the moment, once sourcing channels are live and more than five applicants have applied you can no longer edit or update them ever again. This should be a feature that is always open and can be edited and updated on the fly. Often, we may not find the right candidates or the hiring manager has decided to change the requirements and we can not change the skills to reflect this. Additionally, if you forget to populate the skills and you make the job live in sourcing channels you can not create any skills that the AI can scan resumes for what you're requiring. This seems to be a large drawback as well.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Very important as often the business requirements are dynamic and changing continuously. Also human error may occur and you can forget to populate the AI skills before going live and there is no way to fix it. |
