Access to Interview Assessment Form

  1. "Form Preview" window - enable to removed or set "read: only.

  2. Provide user a quick access link to the "Interview Assessment Form", such as from either of the applicant list or "My applicant"

What business value are you trying to achieve?

  1. Avoid confusion as user inputted to "Form Preview" window and found nothing could be saved.

  2. Facilitate user to access the "Interview Assessment Form" in one or two clicks instead of select applicant > New Form > select form > skip preview window > Next > input.
