Enable Bulk Download of Assessment Result PDFs at Battery Level

The idea is to introduce a bulk-download capability for assessment result PDFs at the battery or assessment group level in PageUp.

Currently, users must download each assessment result PDF individually or access them externally via the assessment provider’s platform. This becomes highly inefficient when managing high‑volume recruitment campaigns or roles with multiple assessments per candidate.

The problem being addressed

  • Assessment results can be viewed or exported only as data values, not as PDF reports, in bulk.

  • Users must manually download individual PDFs for each candidate, which is:

    • Time‑consuming

    • Prone to human error

    • Difficult to scale for large recruitment rounds

  • There is no central, PageUp‑native method to extract complete assessment documentation for audit, compliance, or internal sharing purposes.

Proposed solution

Enable users to:

  • Select multiple candidates or an entire battery

  • Bulk download assessment result PDFs in a single action (e.g., ZIP file)

  • Optionally filter by:

    • Assessment type

    • Battery

    • Completion status
