Separate permission to view and upload confidential documents. Currently, there is only the "view confidential documents" permission which must be enabled for users to be able to upload documents with document categories that are confidential. Users should be able to upload documents with a confidential document category without necessarily granting them access to see existing confidential documents.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Allow institutions to specify permission groups that should be able to only upload confidential documents (not view), and/or view confidential documents. |
