Currently 1 on 1 Templates provides a downloadable rich text formate (RFT) document which can be used and then uploaded into journaling. I have logged another idea regarding formating update for the current tool - PUB-I-2582 .
What could be better as an improvement would be to create a in-built form for 1 on 1 and make this customisable by clients to build out what works for them. The form could be filled in online via desktop or mobile app and stored like journalling for future access. It would also be awesome if this could be inserted or linked to Performance Reviews if the client chooses to. An online form would be much more aligned with the times and being able to complete online and have it already there is a much easier process vs downloading and uploading.
Maybe keeping a post-download option available or utilising the complete offline features for those who do need to download and re-upload later could be good.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
To be able to utilise the 1 on 1 features and also bring this tool up to date so it is used more by all. Storing all performance related feedback in 1 location for reference and review ratings. |
