My idea is to introduce functionality within the PageUp Event module that allows recruiters to bulk compile and export candidate CVs in the exact interview order as scheduled in an event. Currently, for high volume interview days (sometimes with 50-100) or more candidates, recruiters must download CVs individually or bulk download and manually reorder them to match the run sheet, creating significant administrative burden and risk of error. This enhancement would enable a one click, print ready PDF of CVs in event order, with the option to include the run sheet, streamlining interview pack preparation for Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and panel members, particularly during assessment centres, graduate programs, and other large scale recruitment campaigns.

This idea delivers strong business value by significantly reducing the administrative burden associated with high volume recruitment events, which are common across healthcare, retail, government and enterprise environments. Currently, each large event requires repetitive manual effort to download and reorder CVs, creating inefficiency and increasing the risk of error. By enabling bulk compilation of CVs in interview order, PageUp would drive substantial time savings for recruiters, improve the accuracy and professionalism of interview packs, increase overall system efficiency and user satisfaction, and allow Talent Acquisition teams to redirect time toward higher value activities such as candidate engagement and stakeholder partnership. |
