The original/old view of candidates is super helpful when you're managing large numbers of candidates so I'm wondering why the AI summary feature of someone's resume isn't available.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Some newer recruiters find the AI summary helpful and since the original view is far more effective when dealing with large numbers of candidates I thought it might be a help to them. I've spent a lot of time getting familiar with the newer list and card views but my efficiency drops significantly and it's not related to getting more practice ;-( I have also found that many new recruiters/users aren't aware of the benefits of the 'original' view (wish we could refer to it as original rather than old LOL) |
