Visibility into recipients of templated communications

The communication templates do not indicate who receives each message. It would be helpful to be able to see and select the recipients for each templated communication.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Improve clarity and effectiveness of communications by ensuring messages are delivered to the correct audience.

    And it would be helpful if everyone receives the same message, so they can see the names on the message's distribution.

    Could you explain this one a little more for me please? In the recruitment process you can see who receives the template but it's only generic (e.g. applicant or hiring manager) and I think you can only see by going into a candidate and reviewing their history but I think you mean you want to see a listing of specific names of who receives the template - is that correct?
