Public content - add a 'replace' function

In the public content page, you can only delete and add a new file to update documents. This means you have to know where you have referenced that public content so you can manually go and update the link.

It would be great if there was a 'replace' option to update the document

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

reduce manual work replacing links when public content is updated

    my thanks I have now allowed my Regional Admin to replace documents

    Some functionality restricted to super users is being broken down into permissions. These include the ability to archive legacy position descriptions, and the ability to replace documents within manage documents.
