Currently you can add attachments to individual rated items (like goals), but there is not a location to add in a general attachment. Many of our senior positions either create an overview of their annual performance, or their supervisor creates a general feedback memo. We would like to be able to attach this in the overall comments section of the evaluation.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
This would provide a simple solution to a request by senior leadership. Additionally, it preserves evaluation related data in a single location instead of multiple locations through the review. |
