Add to Log information on Who processes bulk step changes in Performance Management

The technical team wasn't able to asses who made bulk step changes in performance reviews. They were able to determine this was the root cause of the issue experienced, but couldn't identify the user who made the bulk step change.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Consistency in practices and assessment of audit logs. The audit log from the user end appeared as if it were an unexplained automatic update; however, in fact, another user had made a bulk update in a step progression which was in error. Without the audit log being accurate, the time it took to figure out the root cause was unnecessary, had the audit log been accurate.
