Currently you can lock the entire job card after approval
We would like to be able to lock specific items on the job card and only allow edits by Users with permissions after a job card has been approved.
e.g. employment conditions locked but allow Recruitment Officer to load advert text and source the position.
Have an email triggered to nominated mailbox if specific items have been changed (Old Value/New Value/ done by).
Ideally the email alert to go to all approvers who have actioned their approval task on job card and to a nominated mailbox per recruitment process.
