ensure Invite to apply does not override all closing dates

    Agree. Also opens up a very concerning issue with invites to apply.

    If an invite to apply is still active after sourcing closes, any applicant with an incomplete application on that job will be able to continue and submit their application after sourcing has closed, up until the invite to apply is closed. This is irrespective of the email address the invite was sent to, there appears to be no test of the email address invited and the email address that submits. The system does not inform you that there are open invites either, you have to check through enhanced reporting
