Sync 1-up supervisor (reviewer) changes with the HRIS just as the PageUp system does with the supervisor field

The PageUp system currently syncs with our HRIS to update the direct supervisor field. The same technology should be applied to the 1-up supervisor (reviewer) field. As a larger agency we experience many reassignments, promotions, retirements/departures, which results in the HR Administrator having to manually update the 1-up supervisor (reviewer) field individually. For example, a recent retirement required this manual change individually to 45 employees. Having the ability to either 1) sync the reviewer field to the HRIS or 2) bulk update this field would prevent the need for these manual updates and offer a truly automated system.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Automating the 1-up supervisor (reviewer) field or providing alternative options to keep it accurate would eliminate the need for extensive manual updates and significantly reduce the administrative workload when employees or leaders depart, transition roles, or change reporting lines. Ensuring this field syncs with the HRIS would also improve data accuracy and consistency within PageUP, preventing evaluations from being routed to incorrect 1-up supervisors (reviewers). This would support the timely and efficient completion of performance evaluations and reduce delays caused by incorrect reporting structures in PageUp.
