It would be great to provide a way for users to bulk update the expiration date of expired reference checks. Currently this feature is only available for reference checks that have not yet expired (via the "Manage reference check requests" page).
I also wanted to note that most of our users do not currently have access to the "Manage reference check requests" page because it allows them to see referees for all jobs/applicants—not just those to which they have access. In an ideal world, we would be able to give broad access to this feature so that our users do not have to contact a Super User for assistance. It looks like others have already made suggestions to limit which referees appear on the page (for example, see PUB-I-1169, PUB-I-2090, or PUB-I-2352)!

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We want to make it easier to manage expired reference checks in bulk as well as remove the need to resend invites to referees. Currently, if a reference check expires, we must send a new invite to/create a new reference check for the referee. |
that and incorporate a message to referee that date has been extended and or reopened
