Performance - Overdue communication digest

If a manager is overdue on multiple performance reviews, they currently receive multiple copies of the same email based on each performance review, vs being based on the individual receiving the performance review. This is specifically for overdue emails, not the changes in steps (although it could also include the automatic step processing ones, too). One manager can receive upwards of 5-10 overdue reports.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

There is a high level of frustration with what feels like "spam" email. Managers already receive a number of emails, and this just adds to it. Which means then the process becomes a "just get it over with" instead of the system being the recording tool of the process. It devalues the performance process.
