Allow PD to be edited during the approval routing process.

When routing a PD through the approver process, it would be helpful if approvers were able to make necessary edits at their point in the review process. Currently, no changes can be made to a PD once it routes for approval. If changes are required, the action has be declined and it starts over.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

This would create efficiencies in being able to track actions through to completion. The routing process may also involve units that have final say on position classification, compensation, titling etc. We currently have to accomplish this within the collaboration phase before routing for final approval and are unable to track metrics or statuses of position actions.
