Email undeliverable - Spam - identify if email marked as spam - Full mailbox

reason undeliverable be added to the Applicant history.

This would allow us to work with the applicant to fix the issue

ideal world - if applicant has email notification enabled - send them an email about the error and ask them to fix. e.g. add certain email address to friends list, change spam settings, free up email box

This would also reduce calls to first in support as well

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Identifying why an email is undeliverable is painful. If PageUp knows the applicant has set or been automatically set to Spam would help with fault finding

Same with full mailbox or any other reason that prevents the email being delivered

      It has been a positive thing to be able to clear the bounce flag but the reason why it bounced still needs to be in Application history. consideration of this in future would be appreciated.
