Remove the +61 area code when a country is selected upon applications. When the candidate enters their mobile number it appears as "+610412345678"
That extra 0 means that if I click on the number to call it (which redirects to teams) the phone number is not valid. It should appear as "+61412345678" or "0412345678" so i can make a direct call by clicking the phone number.
