Validate the input of the format of the mobile phone number. Ensure that in conforms to the correct format for the location of the candidate.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Ensuring that we are able to contact candidates by providing validation to help them enter their mobile phone numbers in the correct format based on their location.

    With working from home and using computer to call it would be good to have validation of the phone number (i.e. drop the 0 when adding +61) so we can click on the number in the applicant card and dial directly without having to re-input the number in Skype
