Offer pending reminder setting is in the Recruitment Process settings
Send automated "offer pending reminder" (email) after 2 days from the offer date:
we have the ability to configure custom Incomplete reminder / deletion messages
Recommend updating Recruitment Process setting to allow you to edit the number of days for the reminder and chose if you want to use the system standard message or set up a custom offer reminder message for specific recruitment processes

While our office can notifications on the dashboard (the bell) and reviews them daily, we have noticed a common trend where users complete the Offer Details section but forget to complete the final and most critical step—the Approval Process section. As a result, the offer never routes for approval or extension to the student, which can create unnecessary hiring delays.
We know a similar reminder functionality exists for applicants in Incomplete status, so we were wondering if something comparable could be implemented for applicants in Offer Preparation status. Even a simple reminder notification to the Job Card owner could help reduce delays and improve the user experience.
