We want to introduce a more intuitive rating interface within Performance that allows users to:
View the current rating for the active review step (e.g., Mid-Year or Final).
Receive a prompt to add or update a rating for the current review step.
Clearly distinguish between ratings from previous review steps and the current one.
For example, when a rating is provided during the Mid-Year review, that rating is carried through and is visible in the Final review. However, when accessing the Final review, the system should:
Display the previous rating as a reference, labeled as “Mid-Year Rating.”
Prompt the reviewer to click the rating again to confirm or update it for the Final review.
Ensure that any new rating is clearly marked as “Final Rating” to avoid confusion.
