Ability to be able to preview cover letters and other application supporting documents on screen (in browser tab) without having to download them when reviewing applications and providing outcomes through the Panel Review tile. If we were to use the applicant progress board (APB), there is no ability to extract the 'comments' from the APB (containing rationale of panel members on why an applicant was shortlisted or not) into a shortlisting report.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Efficiency in reviewing applications. Having to download 20+ cover letters and then subsequent supporting docs to be able to review them is very time consuming and working out of the APB tile just to be able to review app files on screen but then having to go back into Panel Review to write outcomes so they can be reported on is also not efficient and not a great user experience too. The other thing is downloading personal documents from applicants is not aligned to protecting applicant info and has potential cyber security implications. |
We also have a similar issue with the onboarding process. Our staff double check all uploaded documents for accuracy. This requires staff to download every document rather than simply "viewing" the document in the system.

Yes - like the Document View offered in Card View so that you can look at all of the documents including AI Resume summary.
This would be ideal as it poses a security risk when applicant documents are stored outside of PageUp
A built-in text editor that would allow for editing offer letters would be useful for the same reasons. Thank you!
