On the default view of the applicant card, there are short listed options for: Applications, History, Scheduled Emails, CRM, and Resume.
My idea is to add another button in that top row that would provide a quick preview of an applicant's uploaded unofficial transcript which would provide our hiring managers a quick view at a very important uploaded document.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
The resume option is a great shortcut for hiring managers to quickly spot check a resume for an applicant's fit for a position. Our institution has a similar way with transcripts for faculty member hires where checking a transcript would be able to quickly identify if an applicant would be worth consideration since if they could not be credentialed to teach a subject, it is a hard stop in their approval. Allowing hiring managers to view this document quickly would greatly improve their flow and allow them to go through their large number of applications quickly. |
Thank you for the feedback. While we do provide quick access to document types like this on the Applicant Progress Board, we do not currently have plans to add a new tab within the applicant card to display a specific document type.
We will keep this in mind in future should we make further developments in this area.
