Add an uploaded transcript as a shortcut view on the applicant card.

On the default view of the applicant card, there are short listed options for: Applications, History, Scheduled Emails, CRM, and Resume.

My idea is to add another button in that top row that would provide a quick preview of an applicant's uploaded unofficial transcript which would provide our hiring managers a quick view at a very important uploaded document.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

The resume option is a great shortcut for hiring managers to quickly spot check a resume for an applicant's fit for a position.

Our institution has a similar way with transcripts for faculty member hires where checking a transcript would be able to quickly identify if an applicant would be worth consideration since if they could not be credentialed to teach a subject, it is a hard stop in their approval.

Allowing hiring managers to view this document quickly would greatly improve their flow and allow them to go through their large number of applications quickly.

Thank you for the feedback. While we do provide quick access to document types like this on the Applicant Progress Board, we do not currently have plans to add a new tab within the applicant card to display a specific document type.

We will keep this in mind in future should we make further developments in this area.
