If Mail match error is detected for Job Approval i.e. "Out of the office email recieved" detected them send email to Job Owners to inform them of this so they can seek an alternate approver
also review "Job approval not valid" responses to see if they should be recognised as "Out of the office email received" instead.
If "Out of the office email received" is detected should trigger an email to Hiring Manager/Contact Officer that this has occurred.
Ideally with a copy of the Out of office response to promote updating the approval path
Ideally allow an Out Of Office function on an approval account to automatically shift an approval during the window of time set by the approver
