Bulk Communicate to users

In the user section to be able to bulk communicate to users, allowing clients to select a permission group they may want to send an email to.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

A customer would like to bulk communicate with a users in a certain permission group and they only have the one bulk action to edit users yet they would like to bulk communicate like you can in employee services. This is so they can send out recruitment updates or messages to the whole cohort.
