Employee search does allow bulk communication but there is no way to control the recipent list - it is all users.
We need to be able to send messages to specific teams or permission groups or users who have accessed the platform in a window of time - you can only select those from the Manage Users page
Currently you need to use a report to identify the target group and the your own Outlook account to send the message
ideally able to access a Communication template from System Settings - Other - Communication Templates

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Using the platform to communicate with Users would be useful. this would allow you to bulk communicate messages about changes or issues it would also allow an audit trail that you have sent this message |
