3 Ideas to Successfully increase more mobile application completions

  1. Enable "Save & Resume Later" to lower abandonment when candidates get interrupted.

  2. Ability to take a photo during mobile application process for the upload of key documents (Passport, Driver's License, Work rights etc)

  3. Idle time during application process. Currently after 10 mins of idle time it logs of the user which leads to loss of applications. If this can be increased to 20mins giving the user more time to complete mobile applications.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Increase Mobile Application completion rates as more applicants opt to using mobile devices vs desktop due to time constraints and easy use of access.

Hi, I would be keen to get more information on some of these ideas.
Save and continue is already available within application forms, and is a standard part of the offering.
Idle time before session is lost should be 2 hours. Being logged out after 10 minutes sounds like an issue that should be raised as a support case.
We currently allow document upload via phone, so users are able to take a photo and then upload that photo file via the phone should the form allow that file type. If this is not currently possible due to the file type, allowed file extensions can be changed via configuration to allow for image types to be uploaded.
If i have misunderstood any of these ideas, please let me know so that I can further explore or clarify them
