Display Employee Job History in Chronological Order in Page Up

Job entries should be displayed in chronological order, with the most recent position listed first. Please refer to the attached example for reference.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Improved Data Clarity and User Experience

  • Ensuring that job history is displayed in chronological order (most recent first) helps hiring managers/recruiters/HR personnel quickly understand an employee’s current role and career progression.

  • This reduces confusion and the risk of misinterpreting outdated information as current.

Operational Efficiency

  • HR staff and managers can make faster, more accurate decisions when reviewing employee profiles, especially during performance reviews, promotions, or internal transfers.

Ideally it should be showing in three groups on the applicant card - for us as Users and also for the Applicant - currently the applicant does see incompletes at the top but the Actives are mixed in with the historical closed out

    Sections

    • Incompletes

    • Actives

    • Historical close out

the application I have highlighted does not have a submitted date: so it is appearing at the bottom - fair point ( logic in use)
The candidate got an offer for the last 2 job cards highlithed at the bottom, would it be possible to also consider the OFFER date for the cronological order?
