The new quick search option in PageUp has the potential to cause accessibility issues for those who are visually impaired and is confusing for users with multiple jobs to manage. The pop up windows were much more user friendly and the option to use the old method is highly preferred,

What business value are you trying to achieve?
When managing hundreds of jobs and moving from action to action it gets confusing when new tabs are opening for actions. Opening a link in a new tab is disruptive to the user's workflow and makes it clunky to return to the original page. Have the option to use either the new quick search or the original option with two search options. |
Users may now select to open either candidates or jobs in new tabs (or not) by toggling "New window" in the search results
