What business value are you trying to achieve?
We have approximately 60 agencies using performance and each are initiating their own reviews. In managing the errors, it would be important for the agency to see which process belongs to them. Right now, they see a long list with no information to determine which process belongs to them. They have to click on each row which is very time consuming. |
