Rank candidates

The ability to be able to rank candidates within a status by labelling them so we know top contenders within a status. They could have gold, silver and bronze cups next to them along with #1, #2, #3, #4 etc

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Ability to quickly view the top candidates within a status and job, especially useful with higher volume or earlier in the process.
