Add the Bulk Un-Assign Feature

There should be a feature that we can bulk un-assign applicants from individuals we had asked to review a candidate.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

This idea is important as you currently have to individually unassign candidates from another user by going through the History tab on the applicants card.
