Don't display the withdrawal reason when a candidate is moved to contingent offer accepted status

It's confusing for the user when they disposition a candidate into 'Contingent offer accepted' status to then see 'Contingent Offer Accepted - Withdrew-Other (provide detail below)'. They worry that they did something wrong or that the candidate has been withdrawn instead of advanced in a search. If you must display a 'reason' associated with this status then allow and require the user to provide a new and relevant reason.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Hi Rebecca. Thanks for following up. In the attached example Puddles the Duck applied for the PD Test for Requisition and Offer Card Population job (532891) and then withdrew. They then reapplied to the same job and were progressed through to Contingent Offer Accepted status which caused their withdrawal reason from their first application to appear. This screenshot was taken from the Workflow>Applications>View Applicants for 532891 page while controlling the account of Supervisor Maximoff in our UAT instance.

Thanks for raising your feedback. It appears when this was reviewed last, we were unable to replicate the issue and did not have a current example. If you have a more recent example, please reach out and we can investigate further. If you could also provide more context around your screenshot (a wider screenshot to understand the page this data is showing up on) that would be helpful.
