New hires should be able to be assigned more than 1 type of onboarding at a time

For internal employee transition or an applicant being hired into a couple of different areas of the company there is a need for different onboarding requirements. Where some require more tasks or less but the system currently limits this & overrides the onboarding. So if the applicant is hired in one area first but doesn't complete everything for Area A & then is hired into Area B & assigned their onboarding, they are never able to finish Area A's onboarding which is resulting in need documents to never be completed.
Other ATS platforms have this ability & is extremely helpful for larger agencies.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Ability to fully service the entire company with onboarding needs related to different sectors of the company requiring different onboarding but multiple areas are hiring the same person. Would allow for all onboarding to be completed & not interfere with another sector of the company getting theirs as well.

    I like the idea of being able to "stack" onboarding plans. This means fewer individual plan types to manage.
