Currently there is a comment box that appears when someone declines a job posting or offer for them to leave a comment. Is there a way this can be added for job posting and offer approvals?

What business value are you trying to achieve?
This will allow for us to have a compliance record of why something has been approved or declined that is not editable by anyone else. We have a comment box on the job card and offer card, but as it goes through approvals, someone can easily edit what someone has put in the box. |
