What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Automatic population of incumbent when an applicant accepts an offer to keep the data correct in the system and show that the position has been filled by someone (so the role is not showing as no incumbent when you start a new job card, select the hiring manager then open the roles reporting to that Manager..... at the moment, if the role has been filled, its still showing as vacant in this selection field |
