One digest email that pulls in all modules' communications for the day based on DAY triggers. Out of scope: self-enrollment in learning, performance step changes that are based on actions.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Our supervisors or onboarding coordinators are inundated (read: spammed) with a multitude of communications simultaneously, especially for our new hires. Timing-wise for new hires, there are onboarding pieces to be reminded of (for each hire), add in learning and performance, same thing. Is it possible to send ONE digest email that incorporates all modules' communications triggers? |
Context: one onboarding coordinator may have 45 new hires start the same day - this leads to 45 onboarding messages and if this person is the hiring manager too - add in 45 performance messages. That means 90 messages about 45 new hires in one morning. Result? Ignore - set up a filter on the email.
