Hi All,
A single interview guide template can be configured in flexible forms containing 'standard' questions and a section for 'job-specific questions'.
This can be configured to use AI-generated questions with the AI Q&A field group or without AI.
When creating the interview guide for the job, it will contain the non-editable standard questions plus the section for recruiters and hiring managers to add their job-specific questions.
On Applicant Progress Board (list or card), when interviewing, the hiring manager or recruiter can enter the candidate's responses directly into the form which is saved to the applicant.
